Benjamin Carter

I conduct research and teach courses on American government, public policy, public health, and public opinion. I recieved my PhD in Political Science from Stony Brook University in 2022.

In my research, I examine social and political forces in the United States that perpetuate domestic health and economic inequities. My research has been published in scholarly journals such as American Politics Research, JAMA: Oncology, Journal of Urban Health, and Behavior Research Methods.
