Charles C. Palmer

I'm an adjunct professor in the Computer Science department here at Dartmouth College.  I'm also a Distinguished Research Staff Member at IBM Research in Yorktown Heights, NY where I focus on special projects relating to security & privacy, including the unique challenges faced by federal governments.
