Laurie is a Multi-hyphenate theater artist who explores experimental and new ways to translate art by creating diverse projects that broaden our idea of what theatre can be. Her work lives somewhere between the intersection of Costume Design, Devised Theater, Soundpainting, Playwriting, Video Performance Art, Millinery, Mask Making and Photography. She believes in approaching the craft in a multidisciplinary and sustainable way, and is interested in infusing intentional playfulness and theatre practice activism into her work.
